Wild Herbs Walk & Tea Blending
Three hours in the Barão de São João hills learning what actually grows there, ending with a tea blend you mix and take home.
Why it’s included
Included for the honesty of the teaching. Inês says plainly which plants she will not let you pick and why, and does not make health claims about any of them.
Inclusion is an editorial judgment. How we select.
Is this for you?
Is this for you?
A good fit if you…
- Want to leave able to identify six plants, not sixty
- Like walking that stops constantly
- Are curious about what is safe and what is not
Probably not if you…
- Want distance covered; this is about 4 km in three hours
- Are allergic to Mediterranean pollens in spring
- Expect medical advice — Inês is careful to give none
